Sugarcane plants were grown in soil in a 12h light/ 12h dark photoperiod and 26oC for 3 months. Then, the plants were transferred to constant light conditions and 24 h later, leaves were harvested every 4 h for 48 h. Overall design: Samples were collected from 24 h in constant light to 68 h in constant light and were labelled accordingly. Two biological replicates of each time point were made, with a dye swap with the reference. The reference used was a equimolar solution of all samples.

将甘蔗植株种植于土壤中，在12小时光照/12小时黑暗的光周期及26℃条件下培养3个月。随后将植株转移至持续光照环境，24小时后每4小时采集一次叶片，持续采集时长为48小时。
总体设计：样本采集时间为持续光照后的24小时至68小时，并据此进行标记。每个时间点设置两个生物学重复，并与参照样本进行染料互换。所用参照样本为所有采集样本的等摩尔混合溶液。
