"This dataset presents a large-scale UAV-based RGB and multispectral image collection acquired over paddy agricultural fields in the Vijayawada region of Andhra Pradesh, India, covering the complete crop growth cycle from nursery to harvest during the Kharif season. Data were captured using a 20-megapixel RGB camera and a four-band multispectral sensor operating in the Green, Red, Red-Edge, and Near-Infrared bands, achieving a high spatial resolution of approximately 1 cm per pixel ground sampling distance. The dataset comprises 42,430 raw images (approximately 415 GB) collected over a total area of 5 acres and is accompanied by rich metadata, including GNSS-based geolocation, acquisition timestamps, flight altitude, illumination conditions, weather parameters, and sensor calibration details. The dataset finds its applications in precision agriculture, such as crop health assessment, growth-stage monitoring, stress and disease detection, and vegetation index analysis."
