本数据集主要面向富氧低氮燃烧及工业碳捕集工艺研究需求构建,依托水泥、有色金属和工业锅炉三个行业典型生产线的现场观测数据与Aspen Plus流程模拟结果形成。数据由工业生产线的在线监测系统及能耗记录采集,并结合模型的物料与能量平衡计算进行校核,主要包含空气气氛与富氧气氛条件下的烟气成分、温度分布、物料流量、风量及热耗等关键指标。水泥行业数据基于北京凯盛建材工程有限公司提供的5000 t/d熟料烧成生产线,通过空气气氛模型与实测对比验证其准确性。有色行业数据来源于中国科学院工程热物理研究所的110 t/h氢氧化铝焙烧线,用于焙烧模型的建立与现场验证。工业锅炉部分依托无锡华光环保能源集团260 t/h纯燃生物质CFB锅炉,实现锅炉系统模型的构建与校核。同时,空气分离系统基于盈德气体集团深冷法装置建模,烟气压缩与纯化子系统由华陆工程科技负责方案设计与校核。各行业富氧燃烧方案由东南大学利用Aspen Plus V15软件完成计算与优化,形成系统、可追溯的工业示范数据集。

This dataset is constructed to meet research requirements for oxy-fuel low-NOx combustion and industrial carbon capture processes. It is developed based on field observation data and Aspen Plus process simulation results from typical production lines in three industries: cement, non-ferrous metal, and industrial boiler. The data is collected through on-line monitoring systems and energy consumption records of industrial production lines, and verified via material and energy balance calculations of corresponding models. It mainly covers key indicators including flue gas composition, temperature distribution, material flow rate, air flow rate and heat consumption under both air-fired and oxy-fuel atmosphere conditions. Data for the cement industry is sourced from a 5000 t/d clinker calcination production line provided by Beijing Kaisheng Building Materials Engineering Co., Ltd., whose accuracy is verified by comparing air-fired atmosphere models with on-site measured data. Data for the non-ferrous metal industry comes from a 110 t/h aluminum hydroxide calcination line at the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is used for the establishment and on-site validation of calcination models. For the industrial boiler sector, a 260 t/h pure biomass-fired CFB boiler from Wuxi Huaguang Environmental Energy Group is employed to construct and verify the boiler system model. Meanwhile, the air separation system is modeled based on a cryogenic air separation unit from Yingde Gases Group, and the flue gas compression and purification subsystem is designed and verified by Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The oxy-fuel combustion schemes for all industries were calculated and optimized by Southeast University using Aspen Plus V15 software, thus forming a systematic and traceable industrial demonstration dataset.
