This dataset contains experimental data related to the synthesis, structural characterization, and photocatalytic performance of pristine TiO₂, biochar-supported TiO₂ (BC-TiO₂), and nitrogen plasma-doped BC-TiO₂ (Plasma BC-TiO₂) nanocomposites. The data includes X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns for phase identification and crystallite size estimation, UV–Visible diffuse reflectance spectra (UV–Vis DRS) for optical band gap determination, and dynamic light scattering (DLS) results for particle size distribution. Additionally, the dataset provides ciprofloxacin degradation data under UV-C irradiation, covering degradation kinetics at various initial concentrations and comparative efficiency across different photocatalyst samples.
