Bacillus velezensis N1 whole-genome sequencing

Whole-genome sequencing of Bacillus velezensis N1 isolated from Indonesian chicken crop. This isolate had been previously studied for its capability of degrading Malachite Green, a widely-used but environmentally-hazardous triphenylmethane dye.从印度尼西亚鸡嗉囊中分离得到的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌（Bacillus velezensis）N1的全基因组测序。该分离菌株此前已被研究其降解孔雀石绿（Malachite Green）的能力，孔雀石绿是一种应用广泛但具有环境危害性的三苯甲烷类染料（triphenylmethane dye）。
