Single center research：Association between HLA-B and HLA-DR genetic polymorphisms and systemic lupus erythematosus in Yunnan Han patients in China

We explored the association between <i>HLA-B</i> and <i>HLA-DR</i> genetic polymorphisms and clinical characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in Yunnan Han patients in China. <b>Method</b> Data was collected from 295 Han patients and 265 healthy Han people from Yunnan province who were admitted to the Rheumatology and Immunology department of First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from September 2015 to April 2021. Clinical data, including manifestation and laboratory data, were recorded. PCR was used to detect <i>HLA-B</i> and <i>HLA-DR</i> genotypes in patients and healthy controls (HCs), and frequencies of allele and haplotype were compared to explore the association between genotypes and SLE clinical features.

本研究探讨了中国云南汉族人群中<i>人类白细胞抗原B（HLA-B）</i>与<i>人类白细胞抗原DR（HLA-DR）</i>基因多态性与<i>系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）</i>临床特征的关联。<b>方法</b>：本研究于2015年9月至2021年4月期间，从昆明医科大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科收集295名汉族系统性红斑狼疮住院患者的临床资料，并招募同期云南省265名汉族健康个体作为健康对照者（HCs），记录所有研究对象的临床表现与实验室检测数据。采用聚合酶链式反应（PCR）检测患者与健康对照者的<i>HLA-B</i>及<i>HLA-DR</i>基因型，通过比较等位基因与单倍型频率，分析基因型与系统性红斑狼疮临床特征之间的关联。
