Mice nasal mucosal RNA-seq

The nasal mucosa was collected from mice immunized aP vaccine (Group A), cGAMP-adjuvanted aP vaccine (Group C), alum-adjuvanted aP vaccine (Group E), c-di-GMP- adjuvanted aP vaccine (Group H), and PBS (Group F) on day 14 after the third immunization. Nasal mucosa RNA-seq was used to analyze and compare the different test aP vaccines induced mucosal immune responses.

在第三次免疫后的第14天，分别从免疫无细胞百日咳（aP）疫苗的小鼠（A组）、免疫环状GMP-AMP（cGAMP）佐剂无细胞百日咳疫苗的小鼠（C组）、免疫明矾（alum）佐剂无细胞百日咳疫苗的小鼠（E组）、免疫环状二GMP（c-di-GMP）佐剂无细胞百日咳疫苗的小鼠（H组）以及免疫磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）的小鼠（F组）中采集鼻黏膜样本。采用鼻黏膜RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，分析并比较各受试无细胞百日咳疫苗诱导的黏膜免疫应答差异。
