This dataset encompasses the following data: RGB and Multispectral othomosaics of 6 vineyards located in Alentejo. DJI Mavic 3M RTK drone was used for the data collection while webODM was the software used for the processing of the raw imagery.   Further details: 1. RGB and multispectral imagery were processed separately in webODM using two different sets of parameters 2. RGB parameters: auto-boundary: true; dem resolution: 1.4; dsm: true; orthophoto resolution:1.4; pc-quality:ultra. 3. Multispectral parameters: auto-boundary: true; optimised disk space: true; pc-quality:ultra; rediometric calibration: camera+sun; skip band alignment: true. 4. The orthomosaics corresponds to the following time points: 2024-05-28, 2024-06-24, 2024-07-22, 2024-08-06, 2024-08-23, 2024-09-04 Important notes: 1. prior the processing of the multispectral imagery in webODM a script for aligning the 4 bands had to be run ( issue: https://community.opendronemap.org/t/misalignment-between-bands-in-mavic-3m-multispectral-images/15996 solution: https://community.opendronemap.org/t/pre-processing-script-for-multispectral-images-from-the-dji-mavic-3m/20743) 2. all the multispectral othomosaics show extremely low values of reflectance data after the radiometric calibration (https://community.opendronemap.org/t/radiometric-calibration-seems-wrong-for-the-dji-mavic-3m/22693 ).
