We used the data obtained from three independent repeats of RNA-seq of AZ521 cell line for gene expression profile analysis. Overall design: To further explore the underlying mechanisms of the anti-gastric cancer activity of platycodon D, we performed RNA-sequencing in AZ-521 cells after treatment with 10μM platycodon D for 48h. The control groups were treated with DMSO.

我们采用AZ521细胞系三次独立重复RNA测序（RNA-seq）所得数据，开展基因表达谱分析。实验设计概述：为深入探究桔梗皂苷D（platycodon D）抗胃癌活性的潜在作用机制，我们对经10μM 桔梗皂苷D处理48小时的AZ521细胞进行了RNA测序（RNA-seq），对照组以二甲基亚砜（DMSO）进行处理。
