Descriptive statistics of 10 candidate genes based on their coefficient of variance (CV) and standard deviation (SD) of Ct values were determined using the whole data set, and all Ct values were analyzed as a total data set. Reference genes are identified as the most stable genes (those with the lowest coefficient of variance and standard deviation; CV±SD).注：本研究采用Bestkeeper软件计算了10个内参基因（reference gene）在全部样本（A组）、不同发育阶段（B组）、不同组织类型（C组）、冷胁迫处理（D组）、热胁迫处理（E组）、NaCl胁迫处理（F组）、PEG胁迫处理（G组）以及ABA处理（H组）中的表达稳定性并进行排名。基于全数据集，我们针对10个候选基因的Ct值的变异系数（coefficient of variance, CV）与标准差（standard deviation, SD）开展描述性统计分析，并将所有Ct值作为整体数据集开展统一分析。内参基因被定义为表达稳定性最优的基因，即变异系数与标准差最低的基因（CV±SD）。
