Sequencing data between beginning of HAS2 and and of ZHX2 in patients with MCD, FSGS, non-HIV collapsing glomerulopathy, COVID-19 related collapsing glomerulopathy, diabetic nephropathy and controls to identify InDels in the intergenic areas in primary glomerular disease patients and COIVD collapsing glomerulopathy patients that influence ZHX2 expression. These are absent in controls and not shared with diabetic nephropathy patients. Also absent in 1000 genomes project, Phase 3, v 84.
本数据集针对微小病变性肾病(Minimal Change Disease, MCD)、局灶节段性肾小球硬化(Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis, FSGS)、非HIV相关性塌陷性肾小球病、COVID-19相关性塌陷性肾小球病、糖尿病肾病患者及健康对照者的HAS2起始位点至ZHX2终止位点之间的测序数据进行分析,以筛选原发性肾小球疾病患者与COVID-19相关性塌陷性肾小球病患者基因间区域中可影响ZHX2表达的插入缺失变异(Insertion-Deletion, InDels)。此类变异仅存在于上述患者群体中,既未在健康对照组及糖尿病肾病患者体内检出,也未收录于千人基因组计划(1000 Genomes Project)第三阶段版本84的数据集中。
