This dataset accompanies the research titled "A Structural MRI-Based Predictive Tool for Personalized rTMS Treatment Planning in Subjective Tinnitus". It contains the raw morphometric and clinical data used to develop and validate an interpretable machine learning model for predicting treatment response to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in patients with subjective tinnitus.
The dataset prospectively collected data from 64 patients with subjective tinnitus and 18 well-matched healthy controls (HCs). All participants underwent a multidisciplinary assessment, including audiological evaluation, tinnitus characterization, and high-resolution T1-weighted structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI).
本数据集配套于题为《基于结构磁共振成像(structural MRI, sMRI)的主观性耳鸣个性化重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, rTMS)治疗规划预测工具》的研究,内含用于开发并验证一款可解释机器学习模型的原始形态计量学与临床数据,该模型旨在预测主观性耳鸣患者接受重复经颅磁刺激的治疗响应。
