Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Strategic Map of Road Infrastructure Noise: type C Ln

The strategic noise maps (CBS) are derived from the European Directive 2002/49/EC on the assessment and management of environmental noise. They are intended to inform the public about the levels of exposure to noise through graphic representations.
In accordance with article R572-5 of the Environmental Code, the CBS include maps, areas where the noise level exceeds 68 dB(A) in Lden (level day evening night, day-evening-night noise indicator, 6am-18h, 18h-22h and 22h-6h). They are called ‘C-type card’.
Limit values in dB(A) are defined by article L572-6 of the Environmental Code.
The CBS of the major road infrastructure, whose annual traffic is more than 3 million vehicles, with a deadline for the Val-d’Oise, were approved by prefectural decree of 5 December 2018.
They must be reassessed every 5 years.

战略噪声地图（CBS）源自欧盟《关于环境噪声评估与管理的2002/49/EC指令》，其旨在通过可视化图形向公众告知噪声暴露水平。
根据《环境法典》第R572-5条规定，CBS涵盖Lden指标下噪声级超过68分贝(A)的区域地图，此类地图被称为‘C型卡片’，其中Lden即昼间-傍晚-夜间综合噪声评价指标，对应时段为6时至18时、18时至22时及22时至次日6时。
分贝(A)限值由《环境法典》第L572-6条规定。
针对瓦兹河谷省（Val-d’Oise）境内年车流量超过300万辆的主要道路基础设施所编制的战略噪声地图（CBS），已于2018年12月5日经省府法令批准通过。
该类战略噪声地图需每5年进行一次重新评估。
