1. Moss chlorophyll data This dataset contains measurements of chlorophyll a concentration in moss samples collected from stone surfaces at Yunfeng Tunpu, treated with varying concentrations of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and benzalkonium chloride (BC). Measurements were taken on days 1, 15, and 30 using spectrophotometry at wavelengths of 665 nm and 649 nm, with concentrations calculated according to the standard formula. The data were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of the antimicrobial agents on the photosynthetic capacity of the moss. 2. Moss Treatment Micrograph This dataset comprises micrographs of moss samples after treatment with antimicrobial agents.
