Our primary goal is to get the transcripts in different tissues of L. chinense, find the predominantly expressed transcripts in pistil, and find the differentially changed transcripts in pistil after pollination.

本研究的核心目标为获取鹅掌楸（L. chinense）不同组织中的转录本（transcripts），鉴定出在雌蕊中优势表达的转录本，并筛选出授粉后雌蕊内表达发生差异变化的转录本。
