Demand for Dentists' Services, 1980

The survey on dental care was conducted in April and May 1980 by the Danish Gallup Institute; and it forms part of two of the Danish Gallup Institute's omnibus surveys. The data material examines determinants and demand for dental service among adult Danes through, among other things, information about the respondent's dental care habits and the respondent's use of dental services. In addition, the survey includes information about the respondent's chances of seeing the dentist, i.e. chances of getting leave from work, distance to the dentist, etc. Finally, the data material includes information about the respondent's age, income, and occupation. #This survey forms part of a major project entitled 'Voksne danskeres tandforhold, deres benyttelse af tandlægevæsnet og deres holdning til tandpleje' (The Condition of the Teeth of Adult Danes, Their Use of Dental Services, And Their Attitudes to Dental Care), a project undertaken by the Copenhagen Dental College
