Multi-marker Stool Test for Detection of Colorectal Neoplasia: Marker Panel Selection and Technical Development Studies

The objective of this study is to confirm the sensitivity of a stool DNA test for detection of colorectal cancer and pre-cancer. Another objective is to provide anonymous, clinically characterized specimens for a bio-repository for future colorectal cancer-related test development.本研究的目标为：其一，验证粪便DNA检测用于结直肠癌与癌前病变检出的敏感性；其二，为面向未来结直肠癌相关检测技术开发的生物样本库提供经临床表型表征的匿名标本。
