This Chlamydia trachomatis strain was isolated from a male patient at Policlinico Sant'Orsola-Malpighi in Bologna, Italy. Genome sequencing was conducted using both Illumina iSeq 100 and Oxford Nanopore MinION systems. Contaminant human reads were excluded by mapping the sequences to the reference human genome GRCh38 with bwa 0.7.17, and filtered out the mapped reads. Genome assembly was carried out with Unicycler 0.5.0 using an hybrid approach.

本研究中的沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis)菌株，分离自意大利博洛尼亚圣奥索拉-马尔皮吉综合诊所（Policlinico Sant'Orsola-Malpighi）的一名男性患者。全基因组测序采用Illumina iSeq 100与Oxford Nanopore MinION两套测序系统完成。通过bwa 0.7.17软件将测序序列比对至人类参考基因组GRCh38，过滤比对得到的序列以剔除其中的人类宿主污染读段。随后采用混合组装策略，借助Unicycler 0.5.0软件完成基因组组装。
