Annotation of 100 Green Algae transcriptomes from the 1KP project

Transcriptome annotations for 100 species covering the main lineages of green algae produced by the 1KP project. Annotation have been performed using Transdercoder v5.5.0 and hints from Swissprot (downloaded in January 2019) and Pfam v32.本数据集包含1KP项目生成的、覆盖绿藻主要演化支的100个物种的转录组注释。本次注释工作采用Transdercoder v5.5.0完成，并使用了2019年1月下载的Swiss-Prot（Swissprot）数据库注释提示信息以及Pfam v32数据库的相关提示。
