本数据集包含来自德国阿尔伯河（Alb river）与法国罗讷河（Rhône river）的河水微宇宙样本，所有样本均经添加废水与不添加废水两种条件下的10周孵育处理，随后分别开展宏基因组测序（Metagenomic sequencing）、16S核糖体RNA基因测序（16S rRNA gene sequencing）及分离株基因组测序（Isolate genome sequencing）。其中，宏基因组测序样本共计112份，16S测序样本共计126份，分离株共计18株。
