We assessed the effects of navitoclax, on the transcriptome, methylome, chromatin structure, and copy number variation of MDA-MB-231 triple-negative breast cancer cells. Cells were sampled before treatment (S1), at 72 hours of exposure (S2), and after a 10-day drug-free recovery from treatment (S3). MDA-MB-231 cells were grown in two identical parallel experiments (replicates "a" and "b")
