TO INVESTIGATE THE MECHANISMS UNDERLYING RICE SEEDLINGS' RESPONSE TO SALT STRESS, TRANSCRIPTOME ANALYSIS WAS CONDUCTED TO EXAMINE GENE EXPRESSION CHANGES IN SALT-TOLERANT AND SALT-SENSITIVE RICE VARIETIES. IN THIS STUDY, THE SALT-TOLERANT LANDRACE RICE FAGUODAO AND THE SALT-SENSITIVE CULTIVAR RICE NIPPONBARE WERE USED. BOTH WERE SUBJECTED TO 125 MMOL/L NACL TREATMENT AT THE SEEDLING STAGE, AND TRANSCRIPTOME SEQUENCING WAS EMPLOYED TO ANALYZE STRESS-RESPONSIVE GENES AND REGULATORY NETWORKS.
为解析水稻幼苗响应盐胁迫的分子机制,本研究通过转录组(transcriptome)分析,探究耐盐与盐敏感水稻品种的基因表达变化。本研究选用耐盐地方品种稻谷岛(FAGUODAO)与盐敏感栽培品种日本晴(NIPPONBARE)作为实验材料。二者均在幼苗期接受125 mmol/L氯化钠(NaCl)胁迫处理,并通过转录组测序技术,分析水稻的胁迫响应基因及其调控网络。
