The Osorno volcano is located in the Los Lagos region, Chile and is used for tourism purposes due to the practice of sky. Anthropogenic processes play an important role in the structure of microbial communities. We analyzed the microbial diversity of humanized and non-Intervened volcanic soils from the Osorno volcano, Chile, using 16S rRNA sequencing to characterize the bacterial communities adhered to them; The sampled areas included three humanized areas (H), as well as three areas devoid of obvious human intervention (NH). 16S rRNA genes were analyzed using Illumina MiSeq sequencing.
奥索尔诺火山(Osorno volcano)坐落于智利洛斯拉各斯(Los Lagos)地区,依托滑雪运动开展旅游活动,为知名旅游目的地。人类活动过程对微生物群落结构具有显著影响。本研究针对智利奥索尔诺火山的受人类活动影响与未受明显人为干预的火山土壤,采用16S rRNA测序(16S rRNA sequencing)技术分析其微生物多样性,以表征附着于土壤的细菌群落;采样区域涵盖3处受人类活动影响的样点(H组)以及3处无明显人为干预的样点(NH组)。本研究通过Illumina MiSeq测序(Illumina MiSeq sequencing)平台对16S rRNA基因进行测序分析。
