RAD-seq data of Higai gudgeon fish (Sarcocheilichthys) in off Onoe, Lake Biwa, Japan. Sarcocheilichthys

RAD-seq data of Higai gudgeon fish (Sarcocheilichthys). All specimens were collected in off Onoe, Lake Biwa, Japan. Two color morphs are included. Samples whose names begin with "bh" are countershading morph (Sarcocheilichthys variegatus microoculus). Samples whose names begin with "ab" are non-countershading morph (Sarcocheilichthys biwaensis). Genomic DNA was digested using MseI and BglII, and the library size was selected into 350- to 550-bp fragments. The samples were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq X Ten with 150 bp paired-end reads.

本数据集为鳈属（*Sarcocheilichthys*）Higai苦鱼的限制性位点相关DNA测序（RAD-seq）数据。所有标本采集自日本琵琶湖尾上周边海域。本数据集包含两种色型样本：名称以"bh"开头的样本为反荫蔽色型（*Sarcocheilichthys variegatus microoculus*），名称以"ab"开头的样本为非反荫蔽色型（*Sarcocheilichthys biwaensis*）。实验中采用MseI与BglII对基因组DNA进行酶切，并筛选得到350~550 bp的文库片段；后续使用Illumina HiSeq X Ten测序平台开展150 bp双端读长测序。
