Saarland Rural Development Plan 2023-2027

A significant contribution to rural development is provided by the Saarland Rural Development Plan 2023-2027 (SEPL 2023-2027). The SEPL 2023-2027 provides the planning basis for the deployment of European Union funds from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) in Saarland. The support supports projects that are strongly geared to the Community objectives, strategies and intervention priorities that would not be implemented without the public aid.德国萨尔兰州2023-2027年农村发展计划（Saarland Rural Development Plan 2023-2027，以下简称SEPL 2023-2027）为农村发展作出了重要贡献。该计划为欧盟欧洲农业农村发展基金（European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development，EAFRD）在萨尔兰州的资金部署与使用提供了规划依据。其所提供的资助将扶持紧密契合欧盟共同体目标、战略及干预优先级的项目，若无此类公共援助，这些项目将无法落地实施。
