rRNA 16S GMB sequencing : Dynamics of the maternal milk-gut microbiota axis in Moroccan newborns

The study aimed at investigating the microbiota profile of the breast milk of Moroccan women as well as the gut microbiota profile of their infants. This in order to understand the dynamics of the breast milk-gut microbiota axis and to identify the potential effects of breastfeeding.

本研究旨在探究摩洛哥女性母乳的微生物群谱（microbiota profile）及其婴儿的肠道微生物群谱，以阐明母乳-肠道微生物群轴的动态变化规律，并明确母乳喂养的潜在影响。
