RNAseq analysis of blood from patients with Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MISC)

RNAseq analysis of RNA extracted from blood of febrile controls and MISC patients RNA was extracted from blood of 13 febrile controls and 12 MISC patients. Library construction was performed using the SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v3. Sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina) using 2x50 bp sequencing.

对发热对照受试者与MISC（多系统炎症综合征）患者血液提取的RNA进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。本研究共从13名发热对照受试者及12名MISC患者的血液中提取RNA。文库构建采用SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v3试剂盒完成。测序在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台上进行，采用2×50 bp双端测序策略。
