THE STRATEGIC IMPERATIVE OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: A CATALYST FOR SUCCESS IN THE GLOBAL ECOSYSTEM

This paper investigates the transition of the English language from a communicative tool to a fundamental strategic asset in the 21st-century global labor market. By exploring the intersection of Digital Humanities, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and sector-specific requirements in IT, medicine, and aviation, the study argues that linguistic competence is the primary driver of "human capital" appreciation.
