Identification and characterization of MASLD in Turkey

A cross sectional analysis of 1039 adults presenting with at least one cardio-metabolic risk factor of MASLD. All participants underwent liver assessment with VCTE. Glucose, lipid and sugar biomarkers as well as liver functions were tested. Anthropometrics, demographics, medical history, current medication, lifestyle and dietary habits were assessed and recorded.本研究针对1039名伴有至少一种代谢相关脂肪性肝病（MASLD）相关心血管代谢危险因素的成人开展横断面分析。所有受试者均接受振动控制瞬时弹性成像（VCTE）进行肝脏评估，并检测了葡萄糖、脂质与糖类生物标志物及肝功能指标。同时对受试者的人体测量学指标、人口统计学特征、病史、当前用药情况、生活方式与饮食习惯进行了评估与记录。
