This folder contains the raw data and Matlab scripts to reproduce the plots and supplementary movies for the paper:

The scripts were tested on Matlab R2021a on Windows.
Generally speaking, there is a folder containing the plotting scripts for each figure. In most cases, the folder contains scripts named plot<...>.m that recreate the actual plots. Some folders also have a scripts analyze<...>.m to analyze the data; these need to be run before the actual plotting.

本脚本已在Windows系统的Matlab R2021a环境中完成测试。
总体而言,每个图表对应一个包含绘图脚本的文件夹。多数情况下,文件夹内包含名为plot<...>.m的脚本,用于复现对应图表。部分文件夹还配备了analyze<...>.m格式的数据分析脚本,此类脚本需在绘图脚本运行前先行执行。
