The fever of patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is complex, and it is still challenging to identify the cause of the fever. The immune environment after transplantation is more complex. An early correct diagnosis is of great significance to the survival of patients after transplantation. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has been successfully used to detect novel and rare infections. This study provides a new thought to help the accurate and timely diagnosis of the fever causes after allo-HSCT.

异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,allo-HSCT)患者术后发热的病因复杂,明确发热病因仍颇具挑战。移植后免疫环境更为复杂,早期精准诊断对移植后患者的生存预后至关重要。下一代测序(next-generation sequencing,NGS)已成功应用于新型及罕见感染的检测。本研究为异基因造血干细胞移植术后发热病因的精准及时诊断提供了全新思路。
