Transcriptomic analysis of septal brain tissues of wild-type and TCRb-/- mice

To study immune influence on brain functions, we performed RNA-seq with brain septal tissues from stressed wild-type and TCRb-/- mice. The brain septal tissues were dissected 1.5 hours post restraint stressed and RNA were purified and sequenced.

为探究免疫系统对大脑功能的影响，本研究对束缚应激后的野生型小鼠与TCRβ敲除（TCRb-/-）小鼠的大脑隔区脑组织开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。所有脑组织样本均于束缚应激1.5小时后进行解剖分离，随后对纯化得到的RNA进行测序。
