MAIN DIRECTIONS AND PROBLEMS OF REFORMING THE CONSTRUCTION ECONOMY

This article analyzes the main directions of reforming the construction economy, adaptation to market conditions, improvement of the investment climate, enhancement of competition, development of public-private partnerships, and implementation of innovative technologies in the construction sector. Key challenges such as inefficient financing mechanisms, resource imbalances, and institutional constraints are examined. Scientific and practical recommendations aimed at ensuring sustainable development of the construction economy are proposed.本文分析了建筑经济改革的主要方向，具体包括适配市场运行态势、优化投资营商环境、强化市场竞争、发展公私合作伙伴关系（Public-Private Partnerships）以及在建筑行业推广应用创新技术。文中还对建筑经济发展面临的核心挑战进行了剖析，涵盖融资机制低效、资源配置失衡以及制度性约束等问题。在此基础上，本文提出了保障建筑经济可持续发展的科学实践与政策建议。
