Comunity profiling of microbial consortia incubated with organic matter ferrihydrite complexes

Microbes extracted from an acidic peatbog were incubated with common electron donors and organic matter ferrihydrite complexes to study the response of microbes involved in iron cycling. Community profiles were assessed based on 16S rRNA gene targeting amplicon sequencing.
