Data underlying the research of assessment of genetic diversity among wild mushroom strains using ITS gene and Molecular markers.

Three molecular techniques have tested sixty-three samples, including one farmed strain and sixty-two wild strains, for identification and genetic diversity. The attached file includes the flat files of all accession numbers from all collecting regions, raw data for CDDP and SCoT markers, sequences of CDDP and SCoT markers, and agarose gel images of CDDP and SCoT markers.

本研究采用3种分子技术对63份样本（含1份养殖菌株与62份野生菌株）开展菌株鉴定与遗传多样性分析。所附文件包含所有采样区域的样本登录号平面文件、CDDP与SCoT标记的原始数据、CDDP与SCoT标记的序列文件，以及CDDP与SCoT标记的琼脂糖凝胶电泳图像。
