In order to study the effects of SARS-CoV-2 on pancreatic cells, iPSCs were differentiated into pancreatic cell and infected with SARS-CoV-2 Overall design: Four conditions were examined, with triplicate samples: Infected cells 1 day post infection, infected cells 3 days post infection, mock cells 1 day after mock infection and mock cells 3 days post mock infection.

为探究严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)对胰腺细胞的影响,本研究将诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells, iPSCs)定向分化为胰腺细胞,并以SARS-CoV-2感染该细胞。实验整体设计:共设置4组实验条件,每组设置3个生物学重复,分别为:感染后1天的感染组细胞、感染后3天的感染组细胞、模拟感染后1天的阴性对照组细胞、模拟感染后3天的阴性对照组细胞。
