Effect of Ube3d knockout on gene expression in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes

To investigate the effect of UBE3D loss on 3T3-L1 differentiation, we generated Ube3d-KO 3T3-L1 cells. We then performed RNA sequencing on undifferentiated WT and KO cells to assess gene expression changes and alterations in RNA 3' end processing. Sequencing of rRNA-depleted RNA from undifferentiated WT and Ube3d-KO 3T3-L1 cells grown in log phase.

为探究UBE3D缺失对3T3-L1细胞分化的影响，我们构建了Ube3d基因敲除（Ube3d-KO）的3T3-L1细胞。随后，我们对未分化的野生型（WT）与基因敲除型细胞开展RNA测序，以评估基因表达变化及RNA 3'端加工过程的改变。本次测序的样本为处于对数生长期的未分化野生型及Ube3d-KO 3T3-L1细胞经核糖体RNA（rRNA）去除后所得的RNA。
