Six month-old wild type and Igf1 heterozygous mice were exposed to a violet swept sine noise (frequency range 2–20 kHz) at 110 dB SPL for 30 minutes. Cochlear samples were taken at 2 and 24 hours post-noise exposure to study the evolution of the expression of inflammation genes by using PCR arrays and RT-qPCR. Six month-old wild type and Igf1 heterozygous mice not exposed to noise were used as control. qPCR gene expression profiling. Cochlea samples from 3 animals per group were analised. The expression of genes related to inflammation was studied at 2 and 24 hours post-noise exposure.

选取6月龄野生型(wild type)与胰岛素样生长因子1(Igf1)杂合子小鼠,将其暴露于频率范围2~20 kHz的紫扫频正弦噪声中,声压级(SPL)为110 dB,暴露时长30分钟。分别于噪声暴露后2小时与24小时采集耳蜗样本,采用PCR芯片与实时定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)探究炎症基因的表达动态变化。设置未接受噪声暴露的6月龄野生型与Igf1杂合子小鼠作为对照组,开展qPCR基因表达谱分析。每组取3只动物的耳蜗样本进行检测,重点研究噪声暴露后2小时与24小时时炎症相关基因的表达情况。
