Tongue RNA expression after oropharyngeal candidiasis in mice deficient in CCL28

We report the RNA expression using RNAseq in tongue tissue of mice with and without infection with oropharyngeal candidiasis. CCL28 KO mice are compared to C57BL/6 WT mice. RNAseq on tongue tissue 1 day after oropharyngeal innoculation with Candidia albicans or sham innoculation in WT or CCL28-/- mice. Four replicates were performed for each experimental condition.

本研究报道了感染与未感染口咽念珠菌病（oropharyngeal candidiasis）的小鼠舌组织的RNA测序（RNAseq）表达情况。本研究将CCL28基因敲除（CCL28 KO）小鼠与C57BL/6野生型（WT）小鼠进行对比。实验分别对野生型或CCL28基因敲除（CCL28-/-）小鼠经白色念珠菌（Candidia albicans）接种或假接种后的第1天的舌组织开展RNA测序（RNAseq）。每个实验条件均设置4次生物学重复。
