Characterizing soybean root microbiome assembly along its development from both soil and seed perspectives

In this study, we investigated the dynamic assembly of the soybean root microbiome, and evaluated the relative contribution of both soil-derived and seed-carried microbe for this assembly process.本研究针对大豆根系微生物组（soybean root microbiome）的动态组装过程展开了深入探究，并评估了土壤来源与种子携带的微生物在该组装过程中的相对贡献。
