Enables GTPase regulator activity; frizzled binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. Acts upstream of or within spermatid nucleus differentiation. Located in Golgi apparatus; plasma membrane; and synapse. Is expressed in genitourinary system and tongue. Used to study azoospermia.
