Universal Dependencies 是一个旨在为多种语言开发跨语言一致的树库注释的项目，其目标是促进多语言解析器的开发、跨语言学习和从语言类型学的角度进行解析研究。注释方案基于（通用）Stanford 依赖项（de Marneffe 等人，2006、2008、2014）、Google 通用词性标签（Petrov 等人，2012）和用于形态句法标签集的 Interset interlingua（泽曼，2008）。
Universal Dependencies is a project aimed at developing cross-linguistically consistent treebank annotations for multiple languages, with the objectives of facilitating the development of multilingual parsers, cross-lingual learning, and parsing research from the perspective of linguistic typology. The annotation scheme is based on (Universal) Stanford Dependencies (de Marneffe et al., 2006, 2008, 2014), Google Universal Part-of-Speech tags (Petrov et al., 2012), and Interset interlingua for morphosyntactic tag sets (Zeman, 2008).
