Coupled evolution of transcription and mRNA degradation.

We measured mRNA levels of two yeast species (S.cerevisiae and S.paradoxus) and their hybrid, at four time-points (0, 20min, 40min, 60min) following transcription arrest using 1,10-Phenantroline (150ug/ml)我们对酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae，缩写S.cerevisiae）、副酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces paradoxus，缩写S.paradoxus）两种酵母及其杂交菌株，在采用1,10-菲啰啉（150μg/ml）诱导转录阻滞后，于四个时间点（0、20min、40min、60min）检测了其信使RNA（mRNA）水平。
