We performed a genome-wide methylation study in whole-blood DNA from 404 ischemic stroke patient cohort, distributed across 3 ischemic stroke subtypes: Large-artery atherosclerosis (n=132), Small-artery disease (n=141) and Cardio embolic (n=127) . Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip array was used to measure DNA methylation in CpG sites. We performed a genome-wide methylation study in whole-blood DNA from 185 ischemic stroke patient cohort. Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip array was used to measure DNA methylation in CpG sites. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 404 samples were hybridised to the Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip array Bisulphite converted DNA from the additional 185 samples [replication cohort] were hybridised to the Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip array Please note that, for the replication cohort [GSM3026613-GSM3026797]; The 'Average Beta normalized data' is provided in the betas_normalized_meneas_185.txt & pval_detection_meneas_185.txt Raw 'unmethylated and methylated signal intensities' data is provided in meth_raw_meneas_185.txt & unmeth_raw_meneas_185.txt, and idat files.

本研究针对404名缺血性脑卒中患者队列的全血DNA开展全基因组甲基化研究,该队列涵盖3种缺血性脑卒中亚型:大动脉粥样硬化型(n=132)、小动脉病变型(n=141)及心源性栓塞型(n=127)。采用Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip阵列检测CpG位点的DNA甲基化水平。本研究另外针对185名缺血性脑卒中患者队列开展全基因组甲基化研究,同样采用Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip阵列检测CpG位点的DNA甲基化水平。实验整体设计如下:将404份样本的亚硫酸氢盐转化DNA与Illumina HumanMethylation450 BeadChip阵列进行杂交;额外185份样本[验证队列]的亚硫酸氢盐转化DNA同样与该阵列进行杂交。需注意,针对验证队列[GSM3026613-GSM3026797],其"平均Beta归一化数据"已在betas_normalized_meneas_185.txt与pval_detection_meneas_185.txt文件中提供;原始"未甲基化与甲基化信号强度"数据已在meth_raw_meneas_185.txt、unmeth_raw_meneas_185.txt及idat文件中提供。
