Small non-coding RNA expression in mouse elongated spermatids. Mus musculus

In order to discover novel small RNAs expressed in elongated spermatids, we isolated elongated spermatids from mouse testis. The small RNA fraction (18-40nt) was cloned and sequenced from total RNA. 为挖掘长形精子细胞（elongated spermatids）中表达的新型小RNA（small RNAs），我们从小鼠睾丸（mouse testis）中分离得到长形精子细胞。从总RNA（total RNA）中克隆并测序了18-40nt的小RNA组分。整体实验设计：采用从长形精子细胞中提取的RNA进行高通量测序（high throughput sequencing）分析。
