Additional file 8: Table S8. Abundance of selected miRNA-target mRNAs in the primary root elongation zone under well-watered (WW; − 0.02 MPa), and mild (MILD; − 0.3 MPa) and severe (MOD; − 1.6 MPa) water deficit conditions. There are three biological replicates per water potential condition. Transcript abundances in each library are represented in CPM (counts per million).
