本数据集包含两类DNA折纸矩形的原子力显微镜（AFM）图像：一是在不同 staple excess（2x至10x）条件下组装的裸DNA折纸矩形图像；二是经连续折叠反应（1b至5b）并结合链霉亲和素的生物素化DNA折纸矩形图像。图像通过不同设备和模式采集，以压缩包形式存储。
This dataset comprises two categories of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) images of DNA origami rectangles: the first category includes images of bare DNA origami rectangles assembled under varying staple excess conditions ranging from 2x to 10x; the second category contains images of biotinylated DNA origami rectangles that underwent serial folding reactions (1b to 5b) and were conjugated with streptavidin. All images were acquired using various instruments and imaging modes, and stored as compressed archives.
