桉树良种壮苗繁育技术规程

本标准规定了重点区域速丰桉树良种的丰产增效与用于胶合板材加工的良种无性系组培快繁的一般原则和方法。包括优树选择，培养基调试与配制，外植体采集与处理方法，外植体诱导无菌芽，继代培养技术升级优化，生根培养瓶苗移栽与管理，苗木出圃等原则和方法。本标准适用于良种桉树无性系DH32-43，DH191-7，DH191-4 的壮苗组培繁育。用以促进造林用苗的提质增效。

This standard specifies the general principles and methods for two core contents: the high yield and efficiency improvement of improved fast-growing and high-yield Eucalyptus varieties in key regions, and the clonal tissue culture rapid propagation of improved Eucalyptus clones dedicated to plywood processing. It encompasses the principles and methods including plus tree selection, medium adjustment and preparation, explant collection and treatment, induction of aseptic buds from explants, upgrading and optimization of subculture technologies, transplanting and management of rooted test-tube plantlets after rooting culture, as well as nursery stock outplanting. This standard is applicable to the tissue culture and propagation of strong seedlings of the improved Eucalyptus clones DH32-43, DH191-7 and DH191-4, aiming to promote the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of afforestation seedlings.
