The data set includes data collected from teachers participating in a study that investigated the efficacy of a two-week mindfulness-based intervention aimed at reducing stress among language teachers. The intervention involved daily reflective journaling and thrice-weekly assigned readings from a mindfulness training book tailored for teachers. Stress levels were measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) at three points: pre-intervention, immediately post-intervention, and five weeks post-intervention
