The clinical application of anticancer drugs depends on preclinical models closely recapitulating the molecular profile. We report here the transcriptional profiles of HCT116 (colorectal cancer cells) treated with DMSO or Olaparib for 24 hours. For these two different treatments, also changes of molecule expression are available, which enables their stratification into drug-therapeuticly relevant molecule. Overall design: Examination of DMSO-treated versus Olaparib-treated colorectal cancer cells from HCT116 cell line representing two treating types in culture.

抗癌药物的临床应用高度依赖可精准复现肿瘤分子特征谱的临床前模型。本研究报道了经二甲基亚砜(DMSO)或奥拉帕利(Olaparib)处理24小时的HCT116(结直肠癌细胞)的转录组谱。针对这两种不同处理方式,本数据集一并提供了分子表达变化数据,可据此将分子划分为与药物治疗相关的分子类别。实验设计:对HCT116细胞系来源的结直肠癌细胞分别经二甲基亚砜(DMSO)与奥拉帕利(Olaparib)体外处理后开展比对分析,涵盖两种培养处理模式。
